#1. I want to know who is at the head of the table (anesthesia, resident, med student and so on).  ..it puts them on notice that I care who is taking care of my patient.
# 2...I most definitely want to know name of scrub techs and circulating nurses..it is rude to ask for anyone by "miss or nurse"
# 3. It puts the onus on introducing to anyone entering the OR to give "breaks" to other nurses .which is a big safety issue (not making switches until surgeon agrees)
#4. I especially like "timeout" to confirm side and allergies.
